	Because we wish to cooperate with the other business and professional men and women in the Paterson Area for the protection and advancement of the civic, industrial and commercial welfare of this area, we hereby make application for membership and agree to pay the annual membership dues as indicated above for our classification. We agree to cooperate with the Greater Paterson Chamber of Commerce in advancing its program and to abide by the Constitution and by laws of the organization. We further agree that our membership may be canceled by the Board of Directors for unethical business practices as determined by the Chamber Board and that our membership will otherwise remain in effect until we submit a resignation in writing with dues paid to date of written resignation.
